UK Mainland

  • Standard Delivery: £4.50 per parcel

  • Courier: DPD Local – Next Day Delivery

  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Mon–Fri) are usually delivered the next working day

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £60 (UK Mainland only)

  • Tracking: Provided via email or SMS upon dispatch

Northern Ireland (BT) & Scottish Highlands (IV & KW)

  • Delivery Cost: £9.00 per parcel (up to 30kg)

  • Courier: DPD Local

  • Tracking: Provided via email or SMS upon dispatch

Important Information

  • Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for next working day delivery

  • Orders placed on bank holidays or public holidays are dispatched the next Working Day

  • Return/Refund Labels: £4.50 (UK Mainland) / £9.00 (NI & Scottish Highlands). Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Undelivered Items: A re-delivery charge will apply for items that need to be resent

Deliveries are normally next day, but can take 1-4 days during busy periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, Easter and bank holidays. Delivery days are Monday to Saturday. Be sure to include your phone number and email address for tracking updates. 

International Shipping Prices

Shipment pricing is worked out based on the total weight of the order, and is calculated on checkout: the recipient of the goods are laible for any local import duties or taxes in their region.

Stock Availabiliy

Fibreking LTD will always endevour to make sure our website and stock levels are as acurate as possible. On occasions where there is an error, we will contact you offering a full refund or the option to choose another item for the same value equivilent or altenative colour/size/shape.

Safe Place Deliveries Policy
If a customer requests that an order be left in a designated safe place, the delivery will be considered completed once the item has been dropped off at that location. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage that occurs after delivery as a result of theft, weather, or other circumstances affecting the safe place.

DPD Parcel pickup points Policy

DPD parcel pick-up shops (pickup points) allow recipients to collect parcels within 7 days using a pick-up pass (on the DPD app). Parcels must be under 20kg, with a maximum dimension of 120cm. Photo ID is required for collection. Items that are not collected before the allocated period, will be returned and a shipping fee of £4.50 will apply to resend the parcel.

Incorrect Address

If a customer provides an incomplete or incorrect delivery address (e.g., missing door number), the parcel will be returned to Fibreking LTD. Once we receive the returned item, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Please note that in such cases, the customer will be responsible for paying the redelivery charge.

Delivery Notice

If you do not answer the door or accept the parcel, the item will be returned to FibreKing Ltd. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery charge. Alternatively, if a refund is requested, the original delivery cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
